Proposals for the redevelopment of Capital Gate, 320 New North Road

Medina Capital Investments is currently in discussions with the London Borough of Redbridge regarding proposals to redevelop the Capital Gate site at 320 New North Road, IG6 3ES to provide circa 90 new homes.

Prior to the submission of a planning application, we have shared our initial proposals and received comments on them from local residents and businesses. 

We are now considering the comments received in advance of the submission of a planning application.
